ADS provides coating lines for the aluminum and carbon steel sectors of the coil coating industry.
Our systems consists of:
- Terminal equipment including Tension Levelers
- Cleaning and chemical pre-treatment
- Coaters – chemical, prime and finish
- Catenary/flotation ovens
- Afterburners systems
- VOC Destruction
Lines have been supplied to handle strip widths from 18″ to > 72″ (457mm to 1829mm), thickness from 0.015″ to 0.125″ (0.038mm to 0.317mm) and line speeds up to and exceeding 625 FPM (182mpm).
Our coil coating lines range from semi-continuous with infrared oven to high speed continuous lines using catenary and flotation oven technologies with both water and solvent based coatings. Typical Coatings applied are acrylics, alkyds, epoxies, organosols, plastisols, phenolics, polyesters, polyurethanes and vinyls. Strip lamination is also available for decorative or protection.
